隐私政策
1. 您创建的数据
您可以在 TopTask 中创建任务标题、备注、标签、重要程度、预计持续时间、精力要求、截止日期、专注记录、完成历史和应用偏好。这些内容默认保存在您的设备上。
2. iCloud 同步
当 iCloud 可用时，TopTask 可以通过 Apple CloudKit 将应用数据同步到您 Apple 账户的私有数据库。同步数据由 Apple 的服务处理，开发者不会运营独立服务器来接收这些内容，也不会访问您的 CloudKit 私有记录。Apple 对相关数据的处理受其隐私政策约束。
3. 语音录入与本地智能建议
语音录入使用 Apple 提供的设备端语音识别，并要求在设备上完成识别。麦克风音频不会发送到 TopTask 开发者的服务器。基于历史任务生成的标签和属性建议也在设备上完成。
4. 系统权限与集成
- 麦克风与语音识别：仅在您主动使用语音录入时启用。
- 通知：用于您主动设置的截止日期提醒和专注相关提示。
- 日历：仅在您选择“安排到日历”时，用于创建相应日历事件。
- 小组件、Live Activity 与 App Group：用于在 TopTask 的 App 和系统扩展之间展示当前任务和专注状态。
您可以随时在 iOS“设置”中修改这些权限。
5. 购买
TopTask Pro 购买由 Apple App Store 和 StoreKit 处理。开发者不会收到或保存您的银行卡号码或完整付款资料。应用仅读取 Apple 提供的、用于判断 Pro 解锁状态的已验证交易权益。
6. 数据导出、保留与删除
您可以通过应用内的数据导出功能导出任务与历史记录。删除应用会移除设备上的本地数据；如启用了 iCloud，同步副本可能仍保存在您的 iCloud 私有数据库中，并受您 Apple 账户和 iCloud 设置管理。
7. 儿童隐私
TopTask 不以收集儿童个人信息为目的，也不会主动收集可用于广告追踪的儿童数据。

Privacy Policy
1. Data You Create
You may create task titles, notes, tags, importance levels, estimated durations, energy requirements, deadlines, focus records, completion history, and app preferences. This content is stored on your device by default.
2. iCloud Sync
When iCloud is available, TopTask may use Apple CloudKit to synchronize app data through the private database associated with your Apple Account. Apple processes this synchronization. The developer does not operate a separate server that receives this content and does not access your private CloudKit records. Apple's handling of this data is governed by its privacy policy.
3. Voice Capture and On-Device Suggestions
Voice capture uses Apple's speech recognition with on-device recognition required. Microphone audio is not sent to a server operated by the TopTask developer. Suggestions derived from your previous tasks are also generated on device.
4. Permissions and System Integrations
- Microphone and Speech Recognition: used only when you initiate voice capture.
- Notifications: used for deadline reminders and focus-related alerts you enable.
- Calendar: used to create an event only when you choose to add a task to your calendar.
- Widgets, Live Activities, and App Groups: used to display current task and focus state across TopTask and its system extensions.
You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
5. Purchases
TopTask Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. The developer does not receive or store your card number or full payment information. The app reads only Apple-verified transaction entitlements needed to determine Pro access.
6. Export, Retention, and Deletion
You can export tasks and history using the in-app data export feature. Deleting the app removes local data from that device. If iCloud sync has been used, a synchronized copy may remain in your private iCloud database and is managed through your Apple Account and iCloud settings.
7. Children's Privacy
TopTask is not designed to collect children's personal information and does not knowingly collect children's data for advertising or tracking.
8. Changes and Contact
